Administration & Leadership
The Administrative Board is the governing body of the congregation. The Board, chaired by a lay leader, works with the Senior Pastor to shape the direction and organizational structure of the church's ministry and life. It consists of the heads of the core ministry committees and designated lay members who exemplify the qualifications of a "spiritual elder" (1 Tim. 3) and embody the values and mission of the church.
